Brighid Ingram

Brighid Ingram is the Head of Revenue Operations at The LCap Group. Prior to this role, Brighid served as the Head of Sales Operations, Europe, at Thomson Reuters and Head of Business Operations, Medium Segment, at Sage. Brighid also has extensive experience at CEB, now Gartner, as the Head of Process and Technology. Brighid is known for their expertise in pioneering new technologies and processes to increase productivity. In addition, Brighid has held leadership positions such as Senior Director, Inside Sales and SMB EMEA, and Director/Senior Director, Inside Sales, where Brighid achieved notable successes in team growth, talent development, and revenue growth. Brighid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
