Ashley Lillis

Ashley joined The Leaders Group in 2005 as a Commission Analyst. Though the majority of her time has been concentrated in compensation, her knowledge has expanded over the years through experience in several departments. Ashley is currently the Quality Assurance Manager where her exceptional attention to detail, analytical expertise and organizational skills will be used to lead a team to ensure the accuracy of operational data, internal procedures and auditing across all TLG departments.

When not at work, you’ll find Ashley spending quality time with her husband, John, and 3 kids: oldest daughter, Devyn, son, Toran, and youngest daughter, Eliotte.
