Stephanie Adams

Stephanie Adams is an experienced executive with a strong background in insurance and client services across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Managing Director for US and LATAM at Charles Monat Associates Limited since July 2017, Adams also holds the title of Managing Director for the Americas. In the same timeframe, Adams operates as a Registered Representative at The Leaders Group, Inc., a FINRA/SIPC member. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Willis Towers Watson from May 2014 to July 2017, Adams led the US expansion for the Global Wealth Solutions division, focusing on high net worth life insurance. Adams also held senior management positions at Charles Monat Associates, International Planning Group, and Unum, showcasing a comprehensive career in managing operations, client services, and business development. Adams earned an MBA in Business and Finance from Anna Maria College and a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
