Becky Cotton is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching across various organizations. As the founder of Cotton Coaching LLC and a partner at Makena Leadership Group, Becky is dedicated to inspiring and supporting leaders to maximize their impact. With a strong background at Google, where Becky led the global internal coaching program Guru+, and previous roles in learning and development at Cotton and Company, as well as customer service engineering leadership at Xerox, Becky brings a wealth of expertise to the field. Educational credentials include a CPCC from New Ventures West and ongoing coursework in Coactive Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
