Melissa Statires serves as the Head of Operations and Head of Client Experience at The Leadership Consortium (TLC) since August 2018. At TLC, founded by Harvard Business School Professor Frances Frei and author Anne Morriss, the focus is on enhancing inclusion and diversity within organizations through innovative virtual programming. Prior to TLC, Melissa held various roles at Google from December 2004 to May 2017, including YouTube Product Team Lead for Global Brand Solutions, where collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional teams was essential for growing YouTube's video ads business. Additional positions at Google involved managing sales teams focused on small and medium businesses and healthcare, as well as strategic operations. Melissa's career began as a Marketing Coordinator at W.H. Freeman & Company. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
