Sarah MacDonald is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in enhancing client and employee experiences across various industries. Currently serving as Director at The Leadership High since May 2020, Sarah focuses on building high-performing environments and confident leaders. Concurrently, as Director at MacX since September 2015, Sarah empowers organizations to create exceptional experiences that distinguish them in the market. Previous roles include Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where Sarah led EMEA Event Marketing, and pivotal positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Nike, where a significant impact was made in marketing excellence and women's sports. Sarah holds a BA Hons in Sports Science & Psychology and Marketing from the University of Southampton and a Neuroleadership Brain Based Coaching Certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute.

The Leadership High
At The Leadership High(TLH), we work with leaders and teams to build trust by making confidence a habit. Confidence empowers action and we use it as the basis for everything we do. We believe everyone is a leader in their own life and beyond that we don’t label. Our programmes and experiences are all designed to help leaders and teams build trust in themselves and others and find out what can take them in pursuit of better. Our programmes come in all shapes and sizes and can be online and in-person from short to longer term change programmes including 1:1, teams, groups or organisational development. If you move, you think - which is why we are sponsoring a PhD with Loughborough University looking into the impact of physical and recreational challenge on workplace performance. 3. The TLH team are all experienced leaders themselves with years of industry experience across different sectors and geographies. We are brilliant at helping leaders and teams apply their new skills, having better conversations with each other, building trust and opening up new ways of working.
