Karen Niceley

Karen Niceley is the Founder of Niceworld Movement and holds the title of Teaching Artist at The Leadership Program. Karen also serves as COO at Gritty Cherries, Inc. Karen is a Dancer at Michael Mao Dance, a Teaching Artist at Dance Theatre of Harlem, and a Teacher/Choreographer at Collage Dance Collective. Previously, Karen was a Dancer/Teacher/Choreographer at Dance Theatre of Lynchburg. Karen has also performed in various productions, including The Color Purple, Cirque du Soleil, and Metropolitan Opera. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from the University of the Arts and a diploma from Bowie High School.
