Bill Wolfrom, PMP, CSM has extensive experience in project and program management, with a focus on agile methodologies. Bill has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as The Leading Hotels of the World, WW (formerly Weight Watchers), IBM, and Microsoft.

Bill's recent experience includes serving as the Director, Business Solutions & PMO at The Leading Hotels of the World, where they managed cross-functional programs and projects using scaled Agile approaches. Bill led the selection, development, and integration of systems supporting strategic business goals and provided leadership and coaching to various roles within the organization.

Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager, Business Solution Delivery and Enterprise PMO at The Leading Hotels of the World, where they oversaw the Enterprise Project Management Office and applied Agile methods and best practices for project management.

Before joining The Leading Hotels of the World, Bill served as a Senior Project Manager and ScrumMaster at WW (formerly Weight Watchers), where they managed the delivery of complex technology programs and projects for consumer-facing online applications. Bill facilitated product discovery and delivery using a dual-track Scrum framework and coached cross-functional global teams in adopting Agile processes.

Bill also has experience working at IBM as a Project Manager and at Microsoft as a Program Manager, where they successfully led projects and proposals, brought structure and accountability through detailed planning, and collaborated with various stakeholders.

Bill Wolfrom, PMP, CSM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Cornell University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2010 and the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2014.
