Elizabeth Schirick

Elizabeth Schirick has extensive work experience in the field of talent development and organizational learning. Elizabeth is currently working as the Director of Talent & Culture at The Leading Hotels of the World since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Babson College for a period of 18 years. During their time at Babson, they held various roles including Director, Learning & Development from September 2017 to November 2021, Manager, Organizational Learning and Development from July 2011 to September 2017, Senior Organizational Development Specialist from February 2010 to July 2011, Organizational Development Specialist from December 2005 to February 2010, Organizational Development and HRIS Specialist from July 2006 to May 2008, and Employee Development Coordinator from August 2003 to December 2005.

Elizabeth Schirick holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Boston University, graduating from 1999 to 2003. Elizabeth's secondary education took place at Godwin High School, where they completed their high school studies from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained an OKR Facilitator Certification from OKR Facilitator in January 2022.
