Margretta Ryan

Margy Ryan is currently the Vice President of Finance at The League. In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of budgets, cash management, financial reporting and analysis as well as risk management areas. Prior to joining the team at The League, Margy was the Director of Administrative Services at Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland, and the Chief Financial Officer at Tuerk House.

Margy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. She has 40 years of experience, most of which were in the non-profit sector. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.

Margy is a graduate of the 2015 class of Leadership Baltimore County and she is an active volunteer at the Women’s Housing Coalition, where she mentors women with disabilities on fiscal and budget management to allow them to become more self-sufficient.
