Alda Marina de Campos Melo is the Founder and Chief Leadership Officer of Pares | Strategy & Development, a certified B Corp focused on innovation and positive impact through human and organizational development since January 2010. Additionally, Alda serves as a Governance Member of Sistema B Brasil and has held leadership positions in various educational institutions, including being a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and PUC Rio, where expertise spans ethics, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Alda is a Responsible Leader in the BMW Foundation's network, a member of The League of Intrapreneurs, and has been actively involved in mentoring and intrapreneurship efforts in Brazil.
