Alexis Olans Haass

Alexis Olans Haass is a prominent sustainability leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the EU Women Climate Leaders Network at the European Investment Bank since January 2024, Alexis also holds the position of Global Fellow at The League of Intrapreneurs since September 2019. As the Chief Sustainability Officer and founding member at Arcadis from February 2021 to August 2024, Alexis contributed to the company's €4.5 billion global operations in Design and Engineering. Previous roles include Director of Sustainability at adidas, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Brand Sustainability Program and driving sustainable innovation, as well as serving on the Board of the 50L Home Coalition. Alexis received the prestigious Robert Bosch Fellowship in 2007 and has consulted for organizations like IDEO and Fair Trade USA. Academic credentials include MBA and MS degrees from the University of Michigan and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
