Florencia Estrade is a co-founder and director of The League of Intrapreneurs since 2013. Florencia is also a faculty member of the Presencing Institute since 2020, working globally in engagements applying Theory U for societal innovation and economic transformation. Florencia joined Fundação Dom Cabral as an associate professor in 2019. Florencia is the founding partner and CEO of Cria Global, an innovation consultancy based in Rio de Janeiro, from 2010 to 2016. Florencia was a founding partner of Pipa from 2012 to 2014.
