Professor Uzo Iwobi CBE FLSW is an esteemed academic and equality advocate with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Independent Adviser at Senedd and a Fellow of the Learned Society of Wales and The RSA, Professor Iwobi also holds the position of Vice President and International Chair for Diversity at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. As the Founder of Race Council Cymru, Professor Iwobi has dedicated over two decades to addressing racial inequalities through strategic initiatives and campaigns. Additional roles include Professor at Practice and Honorary Fellow at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and Director of Operations at Ofuobi Equality and Diversity Consultancy. Professor Iwobi's academic background includes qualifications in law and business management, complemented by a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with distinction.
