Ulrich Boser

Ulrich Boser is the Founder and CEO of The Learning Agency, a organization that helps individuals and organizations utilize the power of learning to solve problems. Ulrich provides strategic support, dedicated communications, and conducts research for partners such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Prior to founding The Learning Agency, Ulrich worked as a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. In this role, they managed a staff of 15 and oversaw media outreach for the organization's education policy department. Ulrich also initiated a science of learning initiative and raised $1 million for the project within the first year.

Ulrich has also authored a book called "Learn Better" which examines the new science of learning. The book garnered extensive media coverage and was praised as engaging and thought-provoking by Publisher's Weekly.

Before their current roles, Ulrich worked as a Contributing Editor and Associate Editor at US News and World Report. Ulrich also served as a Research Coordinator for Education Week, where they managed research and analysis for Quality Counts, an annual report that grades states on their education systems. Ulrich was promoted from a Research Associate within this organization.

Ulrich Boser has a Bachelor's degree with Honors in History from Dartmouth College.
