Rachel Umali is currently the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Talent Management at The Learning Lab in Singapore. Prior to their current role, Rachel worked at PwC Singapore for over 12 years, where Rachel held various senior managerial positions including Manager – Qualifications Programme Management and Manager – General Assurance. Rachel has a strong background in training management, performance management, and external audits for listed companies and multinational corporations. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has completed HR Graduate Certification from Singapore Management University.
