Wai Kit Soo

Wai Kit Soo is an accomplished academic professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Academic Director for the North East Academic Team at The Learning Lab in Singapore, Wai Kit oversee teachers and students at two branches, manage online classes, and initiated the launch of a new IGCSE Programme for international students. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Head of Curriculum and Teaching at The Eton Academy, where Wai Kit developed a new Primary Science curriculum and enhanced operational efficiency, and a long tenure at The Learning Lab in various capacities, including Academic Director and Science Subject Head. Early career experience includes a position as Science Research Officer at the National University of Singapore, where Wai Kit designed workshops and conducted guided nature walks. Wai Kit holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Joint Minor in Environmental Ecology from the University of Toronto.
