Franco Pezza has extensive work experience in engineering and design roles. Franco most recently worked as a Principal Automation Engineer at The Lee Company starting in 2015. Prior to that, they were the Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager at EDAC Technologies Corp where they were responsible for designing high-frequency motorized spindles and analyzing super precision angular contact ball bearings and hydrostatic bearings from 2013 to 2015. Franco also co-founded and served as the owner of FMJ Designs LLC from 2009 to 2014. Franco Pezza completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven between 2003 and 2009. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in Machine Design from I.T.I.S. "Montani" Fermo, AP Italy, which they completed from 1979 to 1984.
