Prior to this, at Apex Restoration DKI from March 2015 to October 2017, James served as Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, personnel, and project profitability while implementing company processes. James began a career with A-1 Flood Tech from October 2008 to March 2014 as Lead Technician and Account Manager, managing large commercial drying projects and ensuring compliance with project documentation and equipment inventory.
