Farhana Pathan is an accomplished legal professional with diverse experience in criminal defense and juvenile rights. Currently serving as a Law Grad in the Discovery Unit and Juvenile Rights Practice at The Legal Aid Society since September 2022, Farhana has previously gained significant courtroom experience at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, where roles included S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney, handling cases involving minors and misdemeanor charges. Farhana’s earlier contributions include internships at Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy, the COVID-19 Rapid Response Systems Summer Institute, and the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office, where skills in trial preparation and legal documentation were developed. Farhana earned a J.D. from New England Law | Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Seton Hall University.
