Joe Latina

Joe Latina has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as HRIS Operations Manager and previously as HRIS Operations and Data Analyst at The Legal Aid Society. Prior roles at the NYC Department of Education included Administrative Operations and Policy Manager, Project and Program Manager - Operations, and Project Manager - Academic Policy and Systems. Additionally, Joe held the position of Head Swim Coach at South Windsor Parks and Recreation Department and began a career as a Research Assistant at Pfizer. Joe Latina earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University between 2011 and 2015.
