Millie Choy has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations and program development. Millie Choy has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Rochester - Warner School of Education. Millie also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & Psychology from the University of Rochester. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Millie attended Stuyvesant High School.
