Andrew Magowan

Andrew Magowan is currently the Client Legal Director at The Legal Director, a regulated law firm providing businesses with experienced lawyers on a part-time or flexible basis. He has extensive experience in various areas of business law, including commercial law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management. In addition to his role at The Legal Director, Andrew holds positions as a Non Executive Director at the Department of Health NI, Founder of The Inside Trek, and Chair of BARONS COURT PROJECT LIMITED. He has previously served in leadership roles at companies such as Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd, ASOS.com, Bristow Group Inc., Alpha Group plc, and Associated British Foods plc. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Oxford and completed his legal education at the College of Law, York.
