Tim Goodman is an experienced legal and corporate finance professional with extensive expertise in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director at Astuta since September 2014, Goodman focuses on disruptive technologies and corporate advisory services for growth companies. As a Solicitor at The Legal Director since November 2012, Goodman provides flexible legal advice to businesses. Previously, as Managing Partner at Strategic Counsel Partners LLP from September 2012 to August 2014, Goodman offered corporate advisory services to high-growth companies.
