Inica Kotasthane

Inica Kotasthane serves as Lead Editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review, overseeing a team that edits legal thesis papers for publication. Inica also holds roles as Operations Support and Research Assistant at the Columbia Justice Lab, contributing to communications and research on justice system interactions for emerging adults. As Social Media Editor and Staff Writer for The Columbia Federalist, Inica enhances user engagement through creative content. Active in the Legal Gist, Inica represents the Design Committee, focusing on resources for diverse pre-law students. Additional experience includes internships with the Institute for Women's Policy Research and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, leadership roles in the Roosevelt Network, and presidency of the Their Campus Media chapter at Columbia/Barnard. Inica is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Sociology at Barnard College and Columbia University.
