Jessica Shpall Rosen

Jessica Shpall Rosen is a partner at Greenwald Doherty LLP, where expertise as a litigator informs guidance on legal risk mitigation in employment practices. In addition to counseling employers, Jessica serves as the Mentor Committee Chair for The Legal Mentor Network and is a Board Member for Women Owned Law, an organization supporting women entrepreneurs in the legal field. As a founding member of The Fourth Floor, Jessica contributes to a community focused on providing access to board seats and funding for women leaders and startup founders. Previously, Jessica worked as an employment lawyer at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where notable achievements included advising on labor law changes and representing retailers. Jessica also held a Board Member position with Learning Rights Law Center, advocating for the educational rights of disadvantaged students. Jessica earned a Doctor of Law from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from UC San Diego.
