Wendy Chow

Wendy Chow is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law and compliance. Currently serving as a Fund Advisor at The LegalTech Fund since February 2024, Wendy also holds the position of General Counsel and Head of Legal & People at Cityblock Health, where the focus is on providing accessible health services for underserved urban populations. Previously, Wendy worked as Associate General Counsel at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, handling a wide range of healthcare and corporate legal matters. Wendy's career includes roles at Garfunkel Wild, PC, and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, specializing in healthcare compliance and transactional law, respectively. An alumna of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and Emory University, Wendy received a JD in Law and a BA in Psychology. Additionally, Wendy participated as a 2018 Fellow in the Women InPower program, aimed at advancing female leadership.
