Jamal Potter Mpa

Jamal Potter, MPA, is a professional with extensive experience in public service and communication. Currently serving as a Writer and Production Technician at The Legislature of the Virgin Islands since February 2022, Jamal previously held positions as Administrative Officer and Complaint Officer at the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission from June 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included investigating consumer complaints and analyzing pricing data. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where Jamal also worked as a Student Union Information Specialist.
