Allan Bau Madsen

Allan Bau Madsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital communications and collaboration, currently serving as a Senior Product Leader at the LEGO Group since November 2013. In this role, Allan is responsible for the success of an Internal Communications digital product and aligns product team objectives with business stakeholder needs. Previous roles include Product Owner and Managing Senior SharePoint Consultant & Architect, where Allan successfully transformed the LEGO Web intranet from a problematic platform into a highly appreciated solution. Additionally, Allan is the Director and Founder of Santronics since September 2023 and has held various positions in SharePoint solution architecture and project management across multiple companies. Education includes an MBA Essentials in Organizational Leadership from Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square and degrees in system development from Syddansk Universitet.
