Amy Kocev

Amy Kocev currently serves as Learning Lead at the LEGO Group since May 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Sr Learning and Development Manager at Owens & Minor from March 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, Amy worked at Capital One for nearly a decade in various roles, including Manager of Training and Development, Project Manager-Communications and Talent, and Recruiter. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, earned between September 2021 and February 2023, as well as an Associate's degree in Fashion Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, completed in 2005.
