Annukka Dickens

Annukka Dickens is an accomplished leader in sustainable sourcing and responsible supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President, Sustainable Sourcing at the LEGO Group since May 2025. Prior to this, Annukka held the position of Senior Director, Responsible Supply Chain at lululemon, where the focus was on advancing the Impact Agenda through innovative human rights and environmental programs. Before lululemon, Annukka contributed to Nike as Senior Director, Responsible Supply Chain (Human Rights, Labor, Health and Safety), enhancing supplier performance in critical areas related to labor rights. Annukka's extensive experience at HP spanned numerous leadership roles, including Senior Director of Sustainable Operations and Human Rights, where strategic initiatives for human rights and responsible operations were developed. Annukka holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Strategy from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Applied Sciences, Finland, complemented by additional studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
