Bedrich Dolezal

Bedrich Dolezal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and Lean methodologies. Currently serving as Global Operation Director at LEGO Group since August 2016, Bedrich oversees global LEGO SMCD operations, including manufacturing and warehousing. As Managing Director for North America at Lean Experts LLC since October 2011, Bedrich provides training and coaching for companies implementing Lean practices. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Porsche Consulting, where responsibilities included leading improvement projects for the VW Group and related customers, and Plant Director at Honeywell, where Bedrich managed a site with $40 million in annual revenue. Additional achievements at Honeywell encompassed leading the deployment of the Honeywell Operating System and managing logistics networks. Bedrich holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague and has pursued further education in Lean and change management.
