Bee Lian Soh

Bee Lian Soh currently serves as the APAC Head of Demand Planning/S&OP at the LEGO Group, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Bee Lian held the position of Vice President Supply Chain, APAC at adidas from May 2021 to December 2023. Previous experience includes leadership roles as Head of Supply Chain for Rest of APAC at Dyson, Head of Sustainability at IKEA Southeast Asia, and Senior Director, APAC Market Operations at LEGO Group. Additional roles at Apple involved demand and supply planning as well as product lifecycle management. Bee Lian's career began at IKEA, where responsibilities included supply chain management, retail sales, and commercial management. Educational background includes a degree from the National University of Singapore.
