Carol Soriano is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in global marketing and communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing Planning and Performance at the LEGO Group since November 2015, Carol has previously held significant roles at Microsoft as Director of Communications for Lumia smartphones, and at Nokia in various capacities including Head of Marketing Activation for North America and Vice President of Creative Excellence. Early career experiences include leadership positions at OgilvyOne and BCD Pinpoint Direct Marketing Inc. Carol holds an Executive Education in Digital Marketing from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Management with a major in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
