Chip Bond

Chip Bond currently serves as the Head of Strategic Projects at the LEGO Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chip Bond worked at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from January 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director and Director of Strategy. From August 2015 to January 2019, Chip Bond was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and participated in a cross-office assignment in Dubai, UAE. Additional experience includes a secondee role at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a summer consulting position at BCG, and co-founding myWei, a technology company for the wine industry. Earlier career experience encompasses a staff role at Ernst & Young and contributions during employment at Baylor Scott & White Health. Chip Bond holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a master’s in commerce from UVA McIntire School of Commerce, and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Virginia.
