Christian Wetterberg

Christian Wetterberg serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Product Safety & Compliance at LEGO Group, leading a global team of approximately 40 employees across the EMEA, Americas, China, and APAC regions. Wetterberg has extensive expertise in toy safety and regulations, holding numerous leadership roles including Chairman of various international standardization committees such as CEN TC 52 and ISO TC 181, and co-chair of the TIE Technical Committee. Prior to joining the LEGO Group in 2010, Wetterberg held positions as a marketing manager at SMP Svensk Maskinprovning AB and as a Senior Testing Engineer at Statens maskinprovningar. Weatherberg's educational background includes a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering and qualifications in leadership and marketing management.
