Eileen Tan is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in category management and sourcing across diverse industries. At the LEGO Group, Eileen excelled as a Senior Category Manager in Sales & Marketing Procurement, overseeing global category management and sourcing for merchandising and marketing materials. Previously, Eileen held the role of Regional Category Manager at Kellogg Company, leading procurement strategy in Asia Pacific and Africa.
