Francesca Franchini

Francesca Franchini is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation Manager at the LEGO Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Francesca worked as a Global Process Engineer at Siemens Gamesa from August 2022 to March 2024, and held the position of AME Sustainable Manufacturing Engineering at GRUNDFOS from September 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, Francesca contributed to supply chain and digital solutions at Novo Nordisk from May 2021 to November 2021.
