Gemma Tew is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in marketing services across multiple industries. Currently serving as Procurement Director, Creative Advertising & Production, Marketing Services at The LEGO Group since July 2016, Gemma has previously held roles such as Senior Procurement Category Manager and Procurement Category Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining The LEGO Group, Gemma worked at Avon from October 2012 to June 2016 as EMEA Sourcing Manager for Sales & Marketing, successfully delivering sustainable strategies across 36 EMEA markets and achieving significant savings. Gemma's career also includes positions at Proxima Group, The Walt Disney Company, Anheuser-Busch, and Robert McBride, spanning over two decades in procurement and sourcing. Gemma holds an MSc in Purchasing & Logistics from The University of Salford and a BSc in Operations Management from Lancaster University.
