Jakob Bjerggaard Allerslev

Jakob Bjerggaard Allerslev has extensive experience in Lean management and continuous improvement across two major companies. At LEGO Group since March 2015, Jakob has served as Senior LCI Manager and Senior Lean Consultant, leading productivity projects, coaching leadership teams, and facilitating numerous Lean trainings and workshops. Prior to LEGO, Jakob worked at Siemens Wind Power from January 2003 to February 2015, where roles included Lean Specialist and Lean Project Manager, achieving significant reductions in man-hours and lead times. Educationally, Jakob holds degrees from AU-HIH and has completed various certifications in coaching and Lean methodologies from recognized institutions.
