Johan Rosengreen Kringel

Johan Rosengreen Kringel currently serves as Chief of Staff at LEGO Holding, having joined the LEGO Group in July 2025. Prior to this role, Johan held the position of EVP & Chief of Staff at SimCorp from August 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included corporate strategy, transformation, M&A, and strategic partnerships. Johan has also contributed as a board member for Copenhagen Fintech and True North, and served as an advisor and investor for eeSea and DEI Club. Experience includes being a managing partner at KRING Group A/S, co-owner of Formula33, and co-founder of Strategy Office. Johan holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
