Kasper Thams is an experienced leader in ecommerce and commercial strategy, currently serving as the Head of Global Ecommerce Growth & Optimisation at the LEGO Group since October 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing ecommerce performance and identifying growth opportunities. Prior roles at LEGO include Head of eCommerce Strategy & Growth and Program Director for Commercial Strategy & eCommerce, emphasizing strategic execution and business transformation. As a founder of Stock Alert, Thams developed a mobile app for private stock traders, and previously established Candela ApS, focusing on innovative lighting solutions. With an extensive background in energy trading and optimization from Vattenfall, and academic contributions as a lecturer at Aarhus University, Thams holds multiple degrees in management and business development from esteemed institutions.
