Kenneth Jesper Andersen

Kenneth Jesper Andersen has extensive experience in the manufacturing and sports sectors, particularly with the LEGO Group since June 2006, where roles have included Manager Mould Qualification MO, Moulding Process Manager, and Sr. Moulding Process Engineer, focusing on planning, LEAN methodologies, TPM, safety, and leadership. Prior positions involved toolmaker roles at CS Techcom and Tortrix, where expertise in CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining was developed. Kenneth has also contributed as a football coach for FC Midtjylland from June 2018 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies towards a Diplom i Ledelse at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding and a prior Akademiuddannelse in Ledelse, alongside technical training in tool making and construction technology.
