Laura Quade

Laura Quade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail and program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Retail Excellence at LEGO Group since January 2025, Quade previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Chewy from January 2023 to January 2024 and was a Senior Category Manager at Wayfair, specializing in the pet category from January 2018 to January 2023. Additional roles include Senior Manager and Head of Wayfair Canada Promotions and Graduate Associate in Finance at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning and analysis for Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media. Quade also completed an MBA internship in Financial Risk Strategy at Google. Quade holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M.
