Matt Guenigault is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in digital and social media marketing, currently serving as Associate Creative Director, Digital at the LEGO Group since April 2017. In this role, Matt oversees the development of LEGO® CON and leads regional digital campaigns, focusing on brand integration and community engagement. Previously, Matt held various positions at BBC Worldwide, including Lead Community Manager where Matt significantly grew the Doctor Who Facebook community and managed a team of content creators. Earlier career experiences include roles at Defra, where Matt was involved in policy communication during significant public health crises. Matt’s educational background includes studies at Google Squared.
