Michael Svane Knap

Michael Svane Knap has extensive design experience, currently serving as an Associate Lead - Design Manager at the LEGO Group since February 2013. In this role, Michael oversees LEGO Preschool model development and creative direction, along with leading over 20 designers, focusing on personal development and recruitment. Previous roles at the LEGO Group include Senior Design Manager, Design Manager, and Senior Designer, where Michael contributed to various play themes and strategic direction setting for projects like LEGO Dreamzzz. Michael co-founded Anker Studio, providing design solutions, and has prior experience as an intern at shldesign and a sales assistant at Telenor DK. Michael holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Kolding School of Design.
