Morten Brink

Morten Brink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the NPI/DQP Platform Manager at the LEGO Group since December 2021. In this role, Morten leads cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing internal mould platforms and technology deliveries, ensuring effective communication of progress and business impact. Prior to this, Morten held various roles at LM Wind Power, where responsibilities included leading technology projects and managing system execution in the wind energy sector. Morten's background also includes positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Ramboll and a Boiler Design Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox Vølund, along with prior experience in project management and technical roles in the energy sector. Morten holds multiple degrees, including a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University and certifications in project management and quality specialist roles.
