Noémi Szalacsi

Noémi Szalacsi is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent operations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Design at the LEGO Group and as Special Project Lead at the LEGO Foundation, Noémi has previously held significant roles including Head of Talent Operations APAC at People, Operations & Development and Coach Practitioner at Collective Change Institute. Additional experience includes positions as a Regional HR Consultant and HR Consultant at JYSK, and HR Coordinator at Oracle Hungary Ltd. Noémi holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Sopron and a BSc in Economics from Pannon Egyetem GTK - University of Pannonia FBE.
