Ole Bredvig

Ole Bredvig is a seasoned professional in business transformation and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Senior Transformation Manager at the LEGO Group since September 2010. With a progressive career at LEGO, Ole has held multiple senior management positions, contributing to product and marketing development, commercial optimization, and strategic projects across various global functions. Prior to LEGO, Ole worked at Solar A/S as a Lean Management Coordinator and at Brightpoint, Dangaard Telecom, and Gumlink A/S, where experience included establishing KPI structures, standardizing processes, and driving significant productivity improvements. Ole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Production from the University of Southern Denmark.
