Rasmus Hagen Frederiksen

Rasmus Hagen Frederiksen currently serves as the Head of Performance and Quality Management at the LEGO Group, leading a team of 11 specialists and project managers while overseeing data and reporting initiatives using PowerBI and developing data infrastructure with Databricks. Prior to this role, Rasmus held various positions at Arla Foods, including Head of Arla Performance System Deployment for Denmark and Sweden, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on deploying Performance System topics. Earlier roles at Arla encompassed Senior Strategy & Design Consultant, Department Manager for Hydrolysates, and Production Management Graduate. Rasmus also gained experience as a Quality Engineer at GRUNDFOS and as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s. Rasmus holds an HD del 1 in Business Administration from Aarhus BSS and a Master's degree in Sports Technology from Aalborg University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science from the same institution.
